The present invention relates to a composition for treating cancer or a therapeutic method comprising an antibody that specifically binds to a epidermal growth factor receptor as an active ingredient. The composition for cancer treatment according to the present invention shows the growth inhibitory activity of tumor cells having resistance to cetuximab, which has been conventionally used as an anticancer agent.
