A machine (10) for batch freezing and displaying of fresh ice creams, sorbets, slushes and similar products provides a bench (11) with a shelf (12) in which at least one batch freezing receptacle is fitted that is closed by a lid (15) and in which a stirrer is operating. In order to avoid the fogging of the lids (15) the machine comprises one or more air flow generators (22) and one or more conveyors (23) connected to the generators (22) for conveying the air flow to the lids (15).
