The invention relates to a feed mixer (F) comprising at least one rotationally driveable mixing member (M) and at least one planetary gearing which is arranged on the feed mixer (F) and drives the mixing member (M), and which has a sun gear (25), a planetary gear carrier (22) with planetary gears (23) and an outer gear (24) as torque transmission components in a housing (14), and which can be switched between at least two gear ratios by at least one clutch (K) when under load. According to the invention, the planetary gearing has a single clutch (K) between two of the components in the housing (14), and a brake (B) that can be actuated on the feed mixer (F) on the housing (14), by means of which optionally both one of the two components can be blocked relative to the feed mixer (F) and the clutch (K) can be released.
