PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the outside air suction efficiency of a cooling fan by decreasing the clogging of a filter body, and to prevent the output reduction or overheating of an engine.SOLUTION: A radiator (9) is disposed on the outside of an engine (E), and a filter body (8B) is disposed on the outside of the radiator (9). A cooling fan (10) rotated by receiving the transmission of driving force from the engine (E) is disposed between the engine (E) and the radiator (9). A clutch (C) is provided, which connects and disconnects the transmission of the driving force from the engine (E) to the cooling fan (10). A ventilation device (17) sending air from the inside to the outside of the filter body (8B) is provided so as to freely enter and extract from a space portion (11) formed between the radiator (9) and the filter body (8B).
