PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of weight reduction and high sensitivity in a fishing rod that includes a front grip part and a rear grip part.SOLUTION: A fishing rod includes a rear grip part 5 and a front grip part 7. The fishing rod includes a rod body 2, and a rear grip rod body 3 with a rear grip part 5 integrally formed by enlarging the diameter of the rear when forming a hollow rod body from a prepreg.
