This invention relates to an implant device for being installed to a tooth missing part of human alveolar bone, mainly utilizing titanium metal material to produce a flexible sheet body distributed with multiple longitudinally penetrating positioning holes. The sheet body is formed at the bottom surface with a countersunk slot which is non-circular shaped and has a through-hole. A locking element is utilized with one end disposed in the countersunk slot and the other end penetrating the through-hole of the sheet body to engage with a supporting seat so as to position the sheet body on the alveolar bone.
