Two plane walls (2) are joined together at a front end (4) and a rear end (3) in opposite manner and delimit another cavity. Edges (21) extend between the front end and the rear end. Teeth (22) have a section (23) oriented from a side of the rear end that is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the walls. Another section (24) of each tooth forms an angle of 30 degree with the longitudinal axis, where the cage is made of titanium.
