[Problem] To provide a composition which can be continuously ingested with ease and which makes it possible to efficiently improve or maintain masticatory force, and a method of increasing the masticatory force using said composition. [Solution] This masticatory force improvement composition has a breaking load of more than 13N and less than 88N and a breaking strain of more than 56% due to having such a breaking load and breaking strain, the composition can be bit through by chewing approximately once, can ultimately be swallowed, and can be continuously ingested with ease, so that this composition makes it possible to efficiently improve or maintain the masticatory force.Linvention concerne une composition qui peut être ingérée en continu avec facilité et qui permet daméliorer ou de maintenir efficacement la force de mastication, et un procédé daugmentation de la force de mastication employant ladite composition.
