The present invention relates to an oral medicinal composition containing catechol-o-methyl- transferase (COMT) inhibitor and a method of manufacturing the same. The oral medicinal composition includes catechol-o-methyl- transferase (COMT) inhibitor or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a first disintegrant and a second disintegrant, in which the first disintegrant can be sodium starch glycolate, and the second disintegrant can be polacrillin potassium.
