The present invention relates to a small-sized tissue expander for breast reconstruction after breast conserving surgery, the expander comprising: a supporter wherein a protrusion part is formed on one part and a circumference part formed slantingly and curvedly toward the outside of the protrusion part and a breast prosthesis installed in an embedding space formed on the inside of the protrusion part and composed of a silicon or water.
