A skin engaging member for use on a hair removal device, such as a razor cartridge, said skin engaging member comprising: a carrier and at least one skin conditioning composition releasably engaged with said carrier, said carrier forming at least one orifice exposing at least a portion of said at least one skin conditioning composition, and wherein said at least one skin engaging member is such that it can be positioned on a hair removal device to surround more than just one side of any elongated edges or blades present on the hair removal device.
