The objective of the present invention is to provide a gelatinous composition which is compatible with skin and exhibits a smooth application texture but is excellent in a stability over time. The gelatinous composition according to the present invention is characterized in comprising a biosurfactant, water and/or a polyol, an oily component, and an unsaturated 7-membered cyclic compound, wherein a content of the unsaturated 7-membered cyclic compound is 0.01 wt% or more and 3 wt% or less, and wherein the gelatinous composition is in a gelatinous condition.
