The characteristic of bone cement compositions of the invention is in what, it contains titanium dioxide granule and substrate formation ingredient, wherein, the titanium dioxide granule is 0.5~7.0 μm, is 0.5~7.0m2/g by the BET specific surface area of determination of nitrogen adsorption by laser diffraction/scattering formula particle size distribution meter measurement median particle diameter, the substrate formation ingredient is made of (methyl) acrylic ester polymer and (methyl) acrylate monomer, and the containing ratio of the titanium dioxide granule is 5~50 mass % with respect to what all compositions.本發明的目的是提供能够形成具有生物活性且具有實用上所需的高物理强度的固化體的骨水泥組合物和用於得到骨水泥組合物的骨水泥組合物試劑盒,以及提供具有生物活性且具有實用上所需的高物理强度的骨水泥成型體及其製造方法。本發明的骨水泥組合物的特徵在於,其含有二氧化鈦顆粒和基材形成用成分,其中,所述二氧化鈦顆粒的通過激光衍射/散射式粒度分布計測定的中值粒徑爲0.5~7.0μm、通過氮吸附法測定的BET比表面積爲0.5~7.0m2/g,所述基材形成用成分由(甲基)丙烯酸酯系聚合物和(甲基)丙烯酸酯系單體構成,所述二氧化鈦顆粒的含有比率相對於全部組合物爲5~50質量%。
