Disclosed is a novel medical treatment device using warm temperature which uses a plurality of light emitting diodes (LED) and surface heaters as heat sources and arranges far infrared ray radiation elements which radiate far infrared ray to upper part or around the heat sources in order to treat affected area using warm heat generated from the heat sources and to perform far infrared ray treatment irradiated from the far infrared ray radiation elements arranged around the heat sources.
