It is described a pharmaceutical formulation containing S-acyl derivatives of glutathione with polyunsaturated fatty acids for the prevention and treatment of degenerative skin disorders caused by exposure to ultraviolet radiation from sunlight or artificial source. A process for the industrial synthesis of S-acyl derivatives of glutathione with long-chain fatty acids is also described.L'invention porte sur une formulation pharmaceutique contenant des dérivés S-acyliques du glutathion avec des acides gras polyinsaturés pour la prévention et le traitement de troubles dégénératifs de la peau provoqués par exposition au rayonnement ultraviolet provenant de la lumière du soleil ou d'une source artificielle. L'invention porte également sur un procédé pour la synthèse industrielle de dérivés S-acyliques du glutathion avec des acides gras à longue chaîne.
