A bio-patch, a bio-heater, a biosensor, and a bioelectronic patch device are provided. The bio-patch comprises: a polymer film containing a biopolymer； and a drug loaded in the polymer film. The bio-heater comprises a heater including a biometal. A biosensor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an inductor； and a capacitor connected to the inductor, wherein the capacitor comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and a dielectric disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein each of the inductor, the first electrode, and the second electrode comprises a biometal, and wherein the dielectric comprises a biopolymer having a glass transition temperature in the range of 36℃ to 42℃. A bioelectronic patch device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a polymer film containing a biopolymer； a drug patch comprising a drug loaded in the polymer film； and a heater disposed adjacent to the drug patch for heating the drug patch.La présente concerne un bio-timbre, un bio-chauffage, un biocapteur et un dispositif de timbre bioélectronique. Le bio-timbre comprend : un film polymère contenant un biopolymère ； et un médicament chargé dans le film polymère. Le bio-chauffage comprend un dispositif de chauffage comprenant un biométal.
