The present invention relates to dosage forms comprising a compressed blend of a biologically active ingredient, one or more polymers like a poly(α-hydroxy carboxylic acid) in which optionally is incorporated a glass transition modifying agent, and optional further ingredients, wherein the polymer or polymeric mixture has a specific glass transition temperature which causes the system to be in the glassy state at ambient conditions before administration and to be in the rubbery state under the physiological conditions to which the system is exposed after administration, resulting in pulsed release of said biologically active ingredient.La présente invention concerne des formes posologiques comprenant un mélange comprimé dun ingrédient biologiquement actif, dun ou plusieurs polymères tels quun poly(acide α-hydroxycarboxylique) dans lequel en option est incorporé un agent modifiant la transition vitreuse, et en option dautres ingrédients, le polymère ou le mélange polymère ayant une température de transition vitreuse spécifique, qui amène le système à se trouver à létat vitreux dans les conditions ambiantes après administration, et à se trouver dans un état caoutchouteux dans les conditions physiologiques auxquelles le système est exposé après administration, avec pour conséquence une libération pulsée dudit ingrédient biologiquement actif.
