Orientation directions of the first and second antennas are covered with an electromagnetic wave permeable material in a state that the metal body is distanced from the orientation directions, an image obtained by imaging the inside of the body cavity by the observation optical system is converted into a wireless signal, and transmission/reception of the wireless signal to/from the outside is enabled through the first and/or second antenna.
