The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for analyzing quantitatively myocardial viability. The method includes a step of distinguishing a coronary artery region from a contrasted computed tomography angiography (CTA) image； a step of detecting abnormal coronary artery from the coronary artery region； a step of setting a cardiac infarction region from the abnormal coronary artery； and a step of performing quantitative analysis in the detected cardiac infarction region.본 발명은 심근의 생존능 정량적 분석 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 조영된 CTA(Computed Tomography Angiography) 영상으로부터 관상동맥 영역화를 수행하는 단계； 상기 관상동맥 영역에서 비정상 관상동맥을 검출하는 단계； 상기 비정상 관상동맥에서 심근의 경색 검출 영역을 설정하는 단계； 및 상기 심근의 경색 검출 영역 내에서 정량적 분석을 수행하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
