The laver drying machine comprises: a sub-transfer chain installed in a frame to be circulated to a molding position of a molding part along an independent circulation track separated from a transfer track of a main transfer chain； a sub-driving part for driving the sub-transfer chain to perform an intermittent transfer motion while repeatedly moving and stopping in a second unit intermittent transfer cycle to which a second movement time and a second stop time, which are differently set from a first movement time and a first stop time applied to the first unit intermittent transfer cycle of the main transfer chain, are applied； and an track switching part for switching the track from the main transfer chain to the sub-transfer chain to transfer a plurality of laver drying screen hangers to the molding part, and switching the transfer track of the laver drying screen hangers to be transferred by the main transfer chain when reaching a return position after passing through the molding part.
