The present invention relates to an electrical stimulating system and method for enhancing chin muscle group, which includes: an electrical stimulating unit having a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are attached to a chin part of a human body, and the electrical stimulating unit is provided to generate a stimulating current and output the stimulating current to the chin part through the first electrode and the second electrode so as to electrically stimulate a chin muscle group of the human body； and a feedback circuit for generating a driving signal based on the breathing status of the human body and a reference signal and transmitting the driving signal to the electrical stimulating unit, so as to drive the electrical stimulating unit for electrically stimulating the chin muscle group. As a result, by electrically stimulating the chin muscle group of the human body, the present invention is able to enhance the muscle strength of the chin muscle group and avoid apnea condition occurred in sleep.本發明有關一種強化下頦肌肉群之電刺激系統及方法，其包含：一電刺激單元，具有一第一電極與一第二電極，第一電極與第二電極貼附於一人體之一下頦部，電刺激單元用以產生一刺激電流，並經由第一電極與第二電極而將刺激電流輸出至下頦部，以電刺激人體之一下頦肌肉群；一回授電路，依據人體之呼吸狀態與一參考訊號，產生一驅動訊號，且傳送驅動訊號至電刺激單元，以驅動電刺激單元電刺激下頦肌肉群。如此，本發明藉由電刺激人體之下頦肌肉群，以強化下頦肌肉群的肌肉強度並避免睡眠中發生呼吸中止的狀況。
