PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for wound healing excellent in bactericidal action aiming at promoting wound healing with low irritation.SOLUTION: The invention provides an external preparation for wound healing containing oily base (A) and cationic detergent (B) and/or ampholytic surfactant (C). The total content of (B) and (C) in the external preparation for wound healing is 0.001-5% by weight based on the weight of the external preparation for wound healing.
