PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized blood collecting base capable of automatically winding a sheet covering a support surface.
SOLUTION: The blood collecting base 10 includes a support base 11 provided with a support surface capable of supporting the arm of a person from whom blood is collected, a sheet roll 17 on which a belt-like sheet 12 for covering the support surface is wound in a roll shape, a roll housing part 50 provided on the side of a first end 25, a sheet winding part 18 provided on the side of a second end 26 and provided with a rotary shaft 13, and a motor 90 for rotating the rotary shaft 13. The rotary shaft 13 to be rotated by drive transmission from the motor 90 winds the sheet 12 after use, the sheet 12 is automatically pulled out to the support surface from the sheet roll 17 housed in the roll housing part 50 accompanying that, and the motor 90 is stopped when the sheet 12 is pulled out by a prescribed interval. Thus, when collecting blood for two or more times, the sheet 12 covering the support surface is automatically wound.
