PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING STEM CELLS TREATED WITH DNA METHYLTRANSFERASE OR CULTURE THEREOF FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF IMMUNE DISEASES AND INFLAMMATORY DISEASES
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating immune diseases or inflammatory diseases, containing stem cells cultured by adding a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor to stem cells, or a culture thereof. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention can be economically used as a cellular therapeutic agent for preventing or treating immune diseases and inflammatory diseases like self-immune diseases such as Crohn&prime；s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis, and the like, without any side effects, thereby replacing the existing immunosuppressants and anti-inflammatory drugs which are known as having side effects.본 발명은 줄기세포에 DNA 메틸기전달효소 억제제를 첨가하여 배양한 줄기세포 또는 그 배양물을 포함하는 면역질환 및 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 부작용이 알려진 기존의 면역억제제 및 염증억제제를 대체하는, 부작용이 없고 경제적으로 사용될 수 있는 세포치료제로서 크론병, 류마티스 관절염, 아토피 등 자가면역질환과 같은 면역질환 및 염증질환의 예방 또는 치료에 사용될 수 있어 유용하다.
