The present invention relates to a method for producing a composition for bio-implant or bio-insertion, including: (i) a step for removing epidermis from a skin tissue (ii) a step for removing cells of inner skin from the same skin tissue removed of the epidermis (iii) a step for producing a sheet-like cell-free inner skin after freeze-drying the same or pulverizing the cell-free inner skin into a particle-like form (iv) a step for cross-linking the cell-free inner skin with another cell-free inner skin by adding a cross-linking agent to the cell-free inner skin and (v) a step for freeze-drying the cross-linked cell-free inner skin. Also, provided in the present invention is a composition for bio-implant or bio-insertion produced in accordance with the above method. The compositions such as 1) cell-free inner skin tissues, 2) hyaluronate-cell-free inner skin tissues, and 3) antioxidative cell-free inner skin tissues, cross-linked by using BDDE, are suitable for biomaterials for repairing damaged tissues, since acute inflammations such as pain, edema, and pyrexy, which can be developed during bio-implants or bio-insertions, occur less, and since the compositions last long, due to lessened effects from proteases.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 (i) 피부 조직에서 표피층을 제거하는 단계 (ii) 상기 표피층이 제거된 피부조직에서 진피층의 세포를 제거하는 단계 (iii) 상기 무세포 진피를 동결건조한 후, 시트 형태로 제작하거나 또는 상기 무세포 진피를 입자형으로 분쇄하는 단계 (iv) 상기 (iii) 단계의 무세포 진피에 가교제를 첨가하여 무세포진피-무세포진피 간 가교결합시키는 단계 및 (v) 상기 가교결합된 무세포 진피를 동결건조하는 단계 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 이식 또는 삽입용 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 방법으로 제조된 생체 이식/삽입용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 BDDE로 가교된 1) 무세포 진피 조직, 2) 히알루론산-무세포 진피 조직, 3) 항산화제-무세포 진피조직 등의 조성물들은 이식/삽입 시에 나타날 수 있는 통증, 부종 발열과 같은 급성 염증반응이 적고 단백질 분해효소의 분해 영향을 적게 받아 생체 보존성이 길어 손상된 조직 수복용 생체재료로 활용 가능하다.
