To provide an oral composition comprising a glucan-degrading enzyme and potassium nitrate and having good stability of a glucan-degrading enzyme.SOLUTION: There is provided an oral composition which comprises a component (A): a glucan-degrading enzyme, a component (B): potassium nitrate and a component (C): a protein hydrolysate and may further comprise one or two or more selected from xanthan gum, sodium alginate, sodium polyacrylate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose. The component (A) preferably includes at least dextranase and/or mutanase.
