A method and related phantom body (PB) for calibrating an X-ray scanner system (MIS) with phase contrast image acquisition (DPCE) capability. The X-ray scanner system has a movable detector (D) and fixed interferometric gratings (G0, G1, G2) where no relative motion between the gratings (G1, G2) is intended. The method uses a phantom (PB) with a jagged surface to allow calibrating the scanner system (MIS) for a reference phase of the interferometric gratings (G1, G2).Linvention concerne un procédé et un corps fictif apparenté (PB) pour létalonnage dun système de balayage à rayons X (MIS) avec capacité dacquisition dimage en contraste de phases (DPCE). Le système de balayage à rayons X a un détecteur mobile (D) et des réseaux interférométriques fixes (G0, G1, G2) où aucun mouvement relatif entre les réseaux (G1, G2) nest prévu. Le procédé utilise un corps fictif (PB) avec une surface déchiquetée pour permettre létalonnage du système de balayage (MIS) pour une phase de référence des réseaux interférométriques (G1, G2).
