To provide a high-pressure steam sterilizer that improves efficiency of a sterilizing work.SOLUTION: A high-pressure steam sterilizer 100 that sterilizes a dental instrument I by high-pressure steam comprises: an instrument housing part 110 which houses the dental instrument I; a temperature sensor 120 which measures the temperature inside the instrument housing part 110; a tank 130 which stores water; a heater 140 which heats water stored in the tank 130 to generate high-pressure steam; and a control part 150 which performs energization control to the heater 140, in which the sterilizer is equipped with a receiver 170 which receives a preheating request signal S from outside. When the receiver 170 receives the preheating request signal S, the receiver 170 outputs a preheating request reception signal to the control part 150, and when the preheating request reception signal is input to the control part 150, the control part 150 controls energization to the heater 140 and rises the temperature inside the instrument housing part 110 to the preheating temperature in the case where the temperature inside the instrument housing part 110 is lower than preheating temperature which is preset lower than sterilizing temperature in performing sterilization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】滅菌作業の効率を向上させる高圧蒸気滅菌器を提供する。【解決手段】歯科用インスツルメントIを収納する器具収納部110と、器具収納部110内の温度を測定する温度センサー120と、水を蓄えるタンク130と、タンク130に蓄えられた水を加熱して高圧蒸気を生成するヒーター140と、このヒーター140への通電制御を行う制御部150とを備え、高圧蒸気により歯科用インスツルメントIを滅菌する高圧蒸気滅菌器100であって、外部から予熱要求信号Sを受信する受信機170を備え、この受信機170が予熱要求信号Sを受信した際に、受信機170が制御部150に予熱要求受信信号を出力し、予熱要求受信信号が制御部150に入力された際に、器具収納部110内の温度が滅菌時の滅菌温度よりも低く設定された予熱温度より低い場合に、制御部150がヒーター140を通電制御して器具収納部110内の温度を前記予熱温度まで昇温させる。【選択図】図2
