The present invention relates to a cancer treatment device, which focuses and irradiates a laser-based proton beam and an electron beam to double-treat cancer cells and surrounding tissues in the human body, in which the proton beam and the electron beam can be generated by adjusting a variable to one target, or a dual target technique using each target can be used, and it is possible to treat the heart of a deeply located cancer by using properties of Bragg peaks and to perform complex treatment for treating the periphery by using the electron beam.본 발명은 레이저 기반 양성자빔과 전자빔을 집속하고 조사하여 인체 내부 암세포와 주변조직을 이중으로 치료하는 암치료 장치에 관한 것으로, 하나의 타겟으로 변수를 조절하면서 양성자빔과 전자빔을 발생시킬 수도 있고, 혹은 각각의 타겟을 이용한 이중 타겟기술을 사용할 수도 있으며, 브래그 피크(Bragg peak) 특성이 뛰어난 양상자를 이용하여 깊은 위치에 존재하는 암의 중심부를 치료하고 전자빔을 이용하여 주변부를 치료하는 복합치료가 가능하다.
