PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method of mushrooms which hardly have trumpet-shaped fruit bodies or hardly have folding states of the peripheral part, can be efficiently obtained with high yield by improved germination synchrony, and moreover can simplify humidification equipment and control at the time of growth, by dissolving spore contamination of a pileus and a harmful effect of CO2 caused by high density generating of mushrooms as compared with generation methods by conventional mushroom beds.SOLUTION: In cultivation of mushrooms belonging to Jews-ear family using a culturing bottle or a culturing bag, after the end of the culture, the culturing bottle or the culturing bag is inverted upside down, and is maintained in the state to control the growth until the yield.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の菌床による発生方法と比較して、菌傘の胞子汚染ときのこが密集発生することによるCO2弊害を解消することで、ラッパ状の子実体や周縁部の褶曲症状が少ない、かつ発芽同調性の向上により効率的に高収量を得ることが可能で、しかも生育時の加湿設備と管理を簡素化できる栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】栽培瓶または栽培袋を使用したキクラゲ類に属するきのこの栽培において、培養の終了後、栽培瓶または栽培袋を上下反転させて倒立状態とし、その状態を維持して収穫まで成育管理を行う。【選択図】なし
