PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff pressurizing device reducing the pulsation of air pressure of discharge air.SOLUTION: A cuff pressurizing device includes: cylinders 1, 2 airtightly and slidably incorporating a piston 4 a piston drive mechanism 16 continuously forward/backward moving the piston 4 by a motor 12 and an air passage 17 communicating with the inside of the cylinders 1, 2.
