PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shouldering type implement having thickness distribution suitable for a back pad element and producible at a low cost.SOLUTION: The thickness distribution suitable for a back pad element 3 is formed at a low cost by sewing up the front and the rear of the back pad element 3, composed of a front side sheet 9 and a rear side sheet 10 nipping a cushion material 8, to form a letter V stitch 11 presenting letter V-shape in front view from the operator side, and compressing the cushion material 8 with the letter V stitch 11 not to require to make the front sheet 9 and the rear sheet 10 complex forms. Practically, by using the fact that the back pad element 3 becomes thicker in the shape of letter V at the upper part inside and the lower part outside of the letter V stitch 11, the contact pressure to the back side of the operator is distributed to the upper part inside and the lower part outside of the letter V stitch 11 to obtain stabilized feeling of shouldering. Further, by using the gentleness caused by the shape of letter V and of the back pad element 3 thickness distribution from the upper side to the lower side of the letter V stitch 11, fitting feeling to the back side of the operator is obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】背当部材に好適な厚み分布を有し、低コストで製造できる背負式作業機の提供を課題とする。【解決手段】クッション材8を前側シート9と後側シートとで挟んで構成された背当部材3の前後を縫い合わせ、作業者側からの正面視においてV字形状をなすV字縫目11を形成し、このV字縫目11によりクッション材8を圧縮することで、前側シート9及び後側シートを複雑な形状に成形する必要をなくし、低コストで背当部材3に好適な厚み分布を形成する。具体的には、V字形状によりV字縫目11の上部内側及び下部外側で背当部材3が厚くなることを利用し、作業者の背面への接触圧力をV字縫目11の上部内側及び下部外側に分散させて背負の安定感を得る。さらに、V字形状によりV字縫目11の上側から下側へ向かう背当部材3の厚み分布が緩やかになることを利用し、作業者の背面へのフィット感を得る。【選択図】図2
