The present invention relates to an aqueous ophthalmic solution comprising an immunosuppressive agent such as ciclosporin A and at least three polymers. It is advantageously a combination of a cellulose derivative, a polyvinyl derivative, and a macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate.La présente invention concerne une solution ophtalmique aqueuse comprenant un agent immunosuppresseur tel que la ciclosporine A et au moins trois polymères.
