The ozonizer decomposes oxygen in high concentration supplied from the oxygen supply device to produce gas-phase ozone. The gas-liquid separator stores the generated liquid-phase ozonated water to separate gas-phase ozone which was unable to be dissolved. A first metal filter (151) where ozonated water supplied from the gas-liquid separator flows is in the metal filter unit. The catchment vent is installed at the lower side of the metal filter unit and collects and ejects ozonated water containing contaminants.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (120) Oxygen supply device (130) Ozonizer (132) External water source (140) Ozonated water generator (196) Main control device본 발명은 오존수 발생기를 이용한 공기 정화장치에 관한 것으로, 악취성분을 포함하는 오염물질을 함유한 공기를 정화하는 악취 정화장치에 있어서, 고농도의 산소를 공급받아 오존을 발생시켜서 이 기체상 오존을 작동수와 혼합하여 액상 오존수를 발생시킨 후, 미처 용존되지 못한 기체상 오존을 기액 분리장치를 통하여 분리시켜서, 오존수는 금속 필터 유닛을 통한 공기의 정화에 사용하고 기체상 오존은 금속 필터를 타고 흘러내린 오염물질을 함유한 오존수를 정화하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존수 발생기를 이용한 공기 정화장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하는 경우, 고농도의 산소를 이용하여 오존을 만들도록 하여 그 효능이 극히 우수한 오존수를 제조하는 것이 가능하여 정화 효율이 극히 우수한 것은 물론, 기액 분리장치를 통하여 기체상 오존과 오존수를 별도로 정화 과정에 이용하여 그 정화 효율이 극히 높다는 장점이 있다.또한, 기체 오존 또는 NOX에 의한 악취 발생의 염려가 없고, 작동수의 산성화에 따른 중화제를 투입할 필요가 없으며, 오존수의 오존 농도를 관리/조절하는 것이 극히 용이하다는 장점이 있다.한편, 활성탄 필터에 잔류 수분이 도달하지 않아 세균 번식이나 곰팡이의 발생의 염려가 없다는 장점이 있다.
