An implant device is disclosed, which includes a rod body and a carbon nanotube layer on the surface of the shaft. The rod body has a main body and an external thread portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the main body. The main body includes a top end and a bottom end opposite to the top end. The implant device is screwed into alveolar bone in the patients mouth by using the external thread portion of the rod body so as to fix the rod body in the alveolar. With the gap between the tubular structure of the carbon nanotube layer, it will have a better affinity with the alveolar bone tissue and provides osteoblastic cells (osteoblasts) or stem cells (stem cells) a better adhesion and growth environment thus, shortening the time of the implant device to closely join with the alveolar bone.
