This high-frequency thermotherapy device 1 is provided with: a pair of electrode shafts 34, 35 disposed facing each other； and a pair of disk-shaped electrodes 37, 47 which are detachably mounted to the pair of electrode shafts 34, 35, and face each other with the affected region therebetween, wherein the high-frequency power is applied between the pair of disk-shaped electrodes 37, 47 to perform the thermotherapy for an affected region 101 by means of dielectric heating.
