An apparatus for cultivating plants of the present invention includes: a cabinet forming a space where plants are cultivated； a door connected to the cabinet to open or close the space； a bed disposed in the space of the cabinet； a seed package separably seated on the bed and having a medium including seeds of plants and nutrient solution； and a light assembly for radiating light to the seed package disposed on the bed, in which the bed includes an upper bed on which the seed package is seated and a bottom bed on which the upper bed is seated and that forms a water collecting part storing water, and the seed package is supplied with the water stored in the water collecting part.
