<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which excellently absorbs a liquid, prevents the leak of the liquid, keeps soft touch and stuffiness prevention property, which are kind to skin, and provides a fitting feeling. <；P>；SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes: a liquid-permeable front surface sheet； a rear surface sheet； and an absorbent body interposed between the both sheets, wherein the liquid-permeable front surface sheet is made of non-woven fabric and the absorbent body is constituted of pulp fabric, multiple projections are arranged by swelling on the side of a skin abutment surface in a state where the liquid-permeable front surface sheet and the absorbent body are jointed and integrated, and dents recessed in response to the projections are formed on the side of a non-skin-contact surface side at the rear surface side of the projections, and formed to have recessions, which are smaller than the dents and recessed inside the dents, on the side of the skin abutment surface. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
