The internal cannula 2 for the tracheostomy tube 1 has an elastic catch 23 at the device side end. The catch has teeth 27 and 28 which are two triangular cross-sections projecting outwards near the free end. One tooth 27 is shaped and positioned to engage a groove 40 formed in the inner surface of the hub 16 at the device end of the tube when the inner cannula is fully inserted. The other tooth 28 is smaller than one tooth and spaced backwards along the catch. The hub 16 further has a slightly rounded bead 44 projecting inwardly by a short distance to the rear of the groove 40. Upon withdrawing the inner cannula from the tube 1, the smaller tooth 28 engages the bead 44 of the hub 16 and deflects the catch 23 inwardly. In this way, the larger teeth 27 displace slightly away from the grooves 40, thereby facilitating escape from the grooves along the slope and withdrawing the cannula with a slight pulling force.(FIG.気管切開チューブ1用の内部カニューレ2は装置側端部に弾性キャッチ23を有する。キャッチは、遊端近傍で外方に突出する2つの三角形断面である歯27及び28を有する。一方の歯27は、内部カニューレを完全に挿入したとき、チューブの装置側端部におけるハブ16の内面に形成した溝40に係合するよう形成及び位置決めする。他方の歯28は、一方の歯より小さく、またキャッチに沿って後方に離間する。ハブ16は、さらに、溝40の後部に対して短い距離だけ離間して内方に突出する僅かに丸みを付けたビード44を有する。内部カニューレをチューブ1から引き出すとき、小さい方の歯28はハブ16のビード44に係合してキャッチ23を内方に偏向させる。このようにして、大きい方の歯27は溝40から僅かに脱するよう変位し、これにより溝から斜面に沿って脱出し易くし、僅かな引張力でカニューレを抜き出すことができる。【選択図】図4
