Also, according to the present invention, an intraoral scanning apparatus adjusts incident light to acquire uniform reflection light, and comprises: a light source to adjust a light amount according to an applied current, and emit light to a scan subject a light detector to sense reflection light reflected from the scan subject and calculate a sensing value a filter unit which is disposed on a path of the light source and the scan subject, and receives a saturated sensing value from the light detector to decrease incident light emitted to the scan subject and a processor to receive the sensing value from the light detector sensing the reflection light according to the decreased incident light to generate a three-dimensional image of the scan subject. According to the present invention, uniform reflection light can be acquired even in the case of a tooth having different reflectance of the reflection light.
