The present invention relates to a digital imaging communication in medicine (DICOM) image processing apparatus. Image information on a photographed part of a patient that a terminal device mounted with a camera has photographed includes study information and series information by patient to be generated into a DICOM image file to conform to a DICOM standard. Accordingly, the present invention has an advantage of securing competitiveness since small and medium hospitals can operate converted DICOM image as if managing the same in a PACS server.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 다이콤 영상 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 카메라가 장착된 단말장치가 촬영한 환자의 촬영부위에 대한 영상 정보를 환자 1명당 스터디(study) 정보와 시리즈(series) 정보를 포함하면서 다이콤 규격에 맞게 다이콤 영상파일로 생성하고 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면 규모가 작은 중소형 병원의 경우 변환된 다이콤 영상 이미지를 PACS 서버에서 관리하는 것처럼 운영할 수 있다는 점에서 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
