The invention provides an agricultural polyolefin resin film with excellent transparency and high crease tearing strength and a producing method thereof. The agricultural polyolefin resin film comprises an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer. The outer layer comprises high pressure and low density polyethylene whose density is 0.910-0.930g/cm3 and or a straight chain low density polyethylene which has a fusion tension force of 4.0-9.0 cN at a temperature of below 190 DEG and has a density of 0.910-0.930g/cm3, and is polymerized by a metallocene catalyst. The middle layer mainly comprises ethane-acetic acid vinyl ester copolymerized resin which contains 10-20 mass% of acetic acid vinyl ester. The inner layer comprises a straight chain low density polyethylene which has a fusion tension force of 0.5-3.0 cN at a temperature of below 190 DEG and has a density of 0.910-0.930g/cm3. The thickness proportions of the outer layer, the middle layer and the inner layer with respect to an integral film are respectively 10-25%, 30-50% and 35-50%.
