PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical pouch that is provided with two sheet portions to be laminated before the use, and is made cylindrical at the use, wherein the bottoms of both sheet portions is prevented from adhering to each other mutually at the use, thereby preventing the discharge of a liquid from the bottom drainage entrance from being obstructed.SOLUTION: In a medical pouch 1, knob parts 15 and 16 each connected with a first shape keeping member 13 and a second shape keeping member connected with the bottom of a first sheet portion 11 and the bottom of a second sheet portion 12 are disposed. The first shape keeping member 13 and the second shape keeping member 14 are transformed by holding and pulling the knob parts 15 and 16, and a bottom cylindrical portion 23 is shaped. As a result, at the use of the medical pouch 1, the bottom of the first sheet portion 11 and the bottom of the second sheet portion 12 is prevented from adhering to each other, thereby preventing the discharge of liquid from the bottom drainage entrance 22 from being obstructed. As a result, a surgery is smoothly performed with the continuous or intermittent feeding of liquid such as saline to an operative field.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用前の状態において重なる2つのシート部を備え、使用時に筒状とされる医療用パウチにおいて、使用時に両シート部の下部同士が密着して下部排液口からの液体の排出が阻害されることを防止する。【解決手段】医療用パウチ1では、第1シート部11の下部および第2シート部12の下部に接続された第1保形部材13および第2保形部材にそれぞれ接続されるつまみ部15,16が設けられる。つまみ部15,16を把持して引っ張ることにより、第1保形部材13および第2保形部材14が変形し、下部筒状部23が保形される。これにより、医療用パウチ1の使用時に、第1シート部11の下部と第2シート部12の下部とが密着して下部排液口22からの液体の排出が阻害されることを防止することができる。その結果、術野に対する連続的あるいは断続的な生理食塩水等の液体の付与を伴う手術が円滑に行われる。【選択図】図3
