PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can realize a patch excellent in maintaining a dissolved state of a basic drug in an adhesive layer and suppressing decreased physical properties of the adhesive layer, even for a drug without an excellent solvent.SOLUTION: The patch has a base material and an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the base material, containing an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, a basic drug, and an acid additive.
