PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for food and cooking sheet facilitating manufacturing food such as omelet.SOLUTION: A cooking sheet 10 comprises a cooking area 20, and a pair of one tab area 31 and other tab area 32. When manufacturing, at first an integral body is formed by arranging rice on the upper central part of thinly baked egg 51 manufactured in the cooking area 20 of the cooking sheet 10 placed on a bottom 41 of a frying pan 40, closing the cooking sheet 10 by facing the tab area 31 and the other tab area 32, and wrapping the rice with the thinly baked egg 51 then the overlapping part of the end part of the thinly baked egg 51 is positioned between a flat plate and the rice by pulling up the cooking sheet 10 from the frying pan 40, and half turning the integral body to the side of the one tab area 31 while expanding the side of one tab area 31 on the flat plate and finally the cooking sheet 10 is removed to bring the integral body to omelet.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 オムライス等の食品の製造が容易となる食品の製造方法及び調理用シートを提供する。【解決手段】 調理用シート10は、調理領域20と、一対の一方の摘み領域31及び他方の摘み領域32とからなる。製造時には、まず、フライパン40の底面41に載置された調理用シート10の調理領域20にて製造した薄焼き卵51の上面の中央部にご飯を配置し、一方の摘み領域31と他方の摘み領域32とを向かい合わせて調理用シート10を閉じ、ご飯を薄焼き卵51で包んだ一体物を形成する。次に、調理用シート10をフライパン40から引き上げて、平皿上にて一方の摘み領域31の側を展開しつつ一体物を一方の摘み領域31の側に半回転させ、薄焼き卵51の端部の重複部分が平皿とご飯との間に位置するようにする。最後に、調理用シート10を除去し、一体物をオムライスとする。【選択図】 図2
