An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a control panel configured to receive a user input for operating the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and to move a position with respect to the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus； a footrest moving device provided below the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, configured to move at least one of the footrest provided to mount a user's foot and the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus with respect to the ground； and a controller configured to control the control panel and the footrest moving device to interlock with each other.
