PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist room cooling and heating by effectively utilizing geothermal heat as natural energy while solving a problem that the conventional air conditioning system using electricity, gas and kerosene is against to the aspect of the running cost and the measures for energy saving and global environment. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that, by digging the ground to a depth deeper than freezing depth, burying a base frame 1, lining a bottom face with gravel 2 and charcoal 3, constructing a side face with a heat insulating panel 12 and sheathing mesh 11, and allowing the underground air to pass through a duct pipe 6 to be forcibly supplied to an agricultural house and a building by a blower fan 7 and an exhaust fan 8 to promote the assist of cooling and heating.
