The tool 16 may have blade portion 54, illuminating means 58, and handgrip 56. There is a second container 14 for covering the first container 12. The second container 14 may have a handle 52 is configured so that first container can be disposed within the second container. Also disclosed is a plurality of linings 68 in the form of a bag with attaching portions 72 which interact with lugs 34 on the frist container 12.
