The present invention relates to an apparatus for promoting root growth in a plant cultivator, which enables a manager to provide basal and side dressings to an edible and ornamental plant planted in the growing soil of the plant cultivator at a desired time according to the growing environment of the plant, and to provide an environment in which an adequate dissolved oxygen amount is formed in the root zone of the plant. The apparatus for promoting root growth in a plant cultivator which manages the growth of edible and ornamental plants planted in accommodated growing soil, comprising: a main body positioned adjacent to an inner surface of the plant cultivator along a longitudinal direction to a predetermined depth region of the growing soil； an air supply passage for supplying oxygen to the root zone of the plants for growth and development, wherein the air supply passage has a fertilizer space penetrating from an inlet formed at an upper portion of the main body to an outlet formed at a lower portion thereof； a slow-release granulated fertilizer, accommodated in the fertilizer space, for stably providing nutrients and nutritious liquids to the plants and forming an air passage of a predetermined gap in the fertilizer space formed from the inlet to the outlet； and a plurality of partition walls formed in the air supply passage in a height direction so as to divide the fertilizer space into a plurality of portions so as not to block the fertilizer space with the growing soil.La présente invention concerne un appareil pour stimuler la croissance des racines dans un cultivateur de plante, qui permet à un gestionnaire de fournir des traitements de base et secondaires à une plante comestible et d'ornement plantée dans le sol de culture du cultivateur de plante à un temps souhaité en fonction de l'environnement de croissance de la plante, et pour fournir un environnement dans lequel une quantité adéquate d'oxygène dissous est formée dans la zone des racines de la plant
