The present invention relates to an apparatus for promoting root growth in a plant cultivator, which enables a manager to provide basal and side dressings to an edible and ornamental plant planted in the growing soil of the plant cultivator at a desired time according to the growing environment of the plant, and to provide an environment in which an adequate dissolved oxygen amount is formed in the root zone of the plant.
