The inside of sanitary goods, such as a women sanitary napkin and an infant diaper is composed of two or three absorbent layers. When cotton pulp is used as a material of the absorbent layer comprising the same, it is important that the cotton pulp cut material is uniformly distributed in order to exhibit excellent absorption characteristics. Cotton fibers are inherently curled so that, compared to a fiber derived from wood, the cotton fibers have more curling properties among fibers to be lumped, while being hard to be uniformly distributed. The present invention aims to provide the method for manufacturing cotton pulp for sanitary goods, which can shorten the fiber length and increase the moisture content of wood pulp, compared to wood pulp, to exhibit uniform distribution characteristics.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017위생용품(여성용 생리대, 유아용 기저귀)의 내부는 2~3개의 흡수층으로 이루어져 있는데, 이를 구성하는 흡수층의 소재로 면펄프를 이용하는 경우 우수한 흡수특성의 발현을 위하여 면펄프 절단물이 균일하게 분포하는 것이 중요하다. 면섬유는 태생적으로 컬(curl)져 있는 특성으로 목재에서 유래한 섬유보다 섬유들 사이의 엉김 특성(curl)이 많아 덩어리지고 균일한 분포가 어려운 단점이 존재하므로, 본 발명에서는 목재펄프보다 섬유길이를 짧게 하고, 수분함량을 높게 하여 균일한 분포특성을 발현할 수 있는 위생용품용 면펄프 제조방법을 제공하고자 한다.
